We have had an outage in the US. All should be back up to normal operations.
Backup systems were not affected.

PS: Simply switch to your backup server in such a case: replace your server’s address with your backup-server’s address to switch – same password, same port.

The shopping-bag’s status-monitor-histories report some false alarms but there were no outages.
UPDATE: Looks like there were some problems with those default DNS servers which are used by the monitor system. I gave it some more DNS server to fall-back to in such cases. Hope that will fix it.

There was a restart of ’slstreaming.de‘ for maintenance.
Your main server on jas.slstreaming.de and ms.slstreaming.de have not been restarted!
If your backup server is still offline you may need to restart it yourself. You can directly control your server via its touchscreen.
You can watch your server’s status in-game using your touchscreen or via your online shopping bag.
PS: All backup servers should be back to normal operations now.

Within the last months the average bandwidth usage takes about 5-15% of the available resources only!!!
